These work so great if you have especially long and thick hair like I do. With normal hair ties, I have to wrap it around 3 times in order for it to secure a hold. But with these, just 2 is enough. They are already kind of hard to wrap and you have to really apply pressure because they&rsquo;re so thick and strong. This is great long term because usually my hair ties would lose its elasticity and end up stretching out to the point where the actual rubber band starts to show and I would have to throw them out. I have really thick hair and from it's hard to find hair ties that will hold my hair. These hair ties definitely live up to what they say. With regular hair ties, I usually end up breaking them because my hair is so thick. With these, they are twice as strong as normal hair ties and have to say they're definitely awesome! I didn't have any issues with it holding my hair and it didn't hurt my head at all. Thank you so much for the opportunity to try these out. However I've gotten a full nights sleep while using these hair ties and they keep my hair in position all night long! I'm not having to readjust my hair while winding down for the evening or waking up to a mess of hair falling down or losing my hair tie. This are great to keep on hand for workouts as well and not easy to lose. These are quite ideal for anyone who has thick hair like me. These elastics are pretty great because they come in a full pack of black and come in a great amount. Also, they have a great hold while securing my hair style without causing damage to my hair.
