<span itemprop="description">I will not buy from this company again.....I ordered a simple little pack of hair ties way before christmas to insure that it would arrive in time to add to a gift. It never came...I called the customer support and it took forever for them to look up my order and then to tell me that it was in the process of being delivered. Then two weeks later I received an email saying that in fact that was mistaken and it had already been delivered. I never received any tracking information or anything which prompted me to contact them. I told them I never received any hair ties, even though it said delivered, I don't know where it was delivered bc it wasn't delivered to me. I asked for a refund and told them I would not purchase from them again not in stores or online.</span>
