<span itemprop="description">I ordered the spiral ponytailers shown in the picture. The item did not offer different colors so I thought I would be getting the one shown. Instead they sent a completely different color. I reached out to customer service 3 times and still have not received a reply. I had the same problem with 2 other items I ordered. They just send random colors and not the ones in the picture.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I ordered 5 packs for stocking stuffers. Only 2 packs came. There is no customer service number, just an online inquiry fill out site. I filled out the inquiry with all my information and the issue and received a confirmation email that it was received. No one ever reached out via email, cell, text or mail to help. Product is great, customer service is terrible.</span>
