They&rsquo;re perfect to throw my hair up in a quick Bun, and I also use them while I&rsquo;m Sleeping. If I was to use a regular ponytail while I sleep I would wake up with knots and my hair would be a mess. These clips allow you to position them so you don&rsquo;t feel them as you sleep and they keep your hair in a nice loose bun on top of my head. I also use them in the shower after I apply my conditioner to let it sit in my hair a bit.
