<span itemprop="description">One of the clips arrived broken. I reached out to customer service three different times and was told to send an email, which I did. It's been several weeks now and no one has gotten back in touch with me. Unfortunately, due to poor customer service I will not be purchasing directly from their website again.</span>

<span itemprop="description">These claw clips hold with minimal sliding due to the rubber inside. I have medium density fine hair. Claw clips without the rubber lining inside slide and don't hold. Highly recommend - one of the few claw clips I have found on the market that have the no slip rubber inside.</span>
